Hi,

Sire Games is run by myself, Steve with help from my son Martin. I've been wargaming for some thirty odd years now, and have played Warhammer since its first release - although it was a bit different back then!

There were no army lists or codex so to speak of (Forces of Fantasy was the first in that line) and it was a case of fielding all the figures you might already have for ancient wargaming or role playing games - but wow we had some fun!

Anyway, time has certainly moved on from then, and yet Warhammer is still going strong, with good old Games Workshop behind it.

Both myself and Martin play Warhammer fantasy and 40K, but we have not really foraged into the LOTR range, although the figures do look great. Just a case of only so much time to spend on gaming etc. But I'm sure we will get round to a LOTR skrimish soon!

My main armies are Empire, Dwarf and Bretonnia with a Necron army for 40K. I also have Dark Elf and Wood Elf armies but have not had a chance to use these in anger yet!

Martin is busy building a Greenskin horde and is adding to his Ultra Marine force on a constant basis.
